The inspiration for Frau Gabi's and Kommissar Schücke's sonic vibrations comes from the psychedelic doom, dub, punk and early house they heard in their youth in Munich in the 80s and 90s. Like their early punk & detroit techno DJ sets, their newer mix style is rooted in sounds derived from first-wave DIY noise, Theo Parrish and Scandinavian space techno.
